Cadara Events works from event bases, not hourly drop-ins. Each package is designed to match different event needs in Des Moines and Central Iowa — from focused celebrations to full-event coverage.
Signal
Signal is Cadara's foundational DJ package — designed for events that want professional sound, minimal lighting, and a clearly defined party window.
This package is ideal when the goal is a tight, well-run celebration without over complication.
Signal includes:
- Professional DJ setup with clean, balanced sound based on event space, and wireless microphones
- Focused lighting (2-4 lights) to support the dance floor, if needed/available
- Minimum of 2 hours, with the option to extend up to 4 hours
Signal is best for:
House parties, backyard BBQs, cocktail hours, grand opening celebrations, and other events with a short, defined party timeline.
Resonance
Most Common ChoiceThe room feels alive. The energy stays up.
Resonance expands on Signal by increasing both impact and flexibility. This is where lighting, sound, and pacing come together to create a room that responds to the music and holds energy longer.
For most events, Resonance is the right balance — complete, adaptable, and designed to carry the party without feeling rushed.
Resonance includes:
- Everything in Signal
- Dance Lighting setup (6-8 lights)
- Enhanced sound presence, with added low-end support when appropriate
- Greater flexibility in pacing and transitions
Resonance is best for:
Milestone celebrations, higher-energy parties, wedding receptions, and events where atmosphere and momentum matter.
Flow
One continuous musical arc — from arrival to last song.
Flow is full-event coverage. Instead of treating the party as a single moment, Flow treats the entire night as one connected experience.
Music begins early, carries through key transitions, and builds naturally into the party — without hard resets or awkward handoffs.
Flow includes:
- Background music coverage for cocktails and/or dinner
- Seamless transitions into the party portion of the event
- 6 hours of continuous coverage included
- Early arrival and expanded on-site presence
- Adaptive pacing across multiple phases of the event
- Priority scheduling and planning consideration
Additional time can be added as needed, based on the scope and structure of the event.
Flow is best for:
Weddings, corporate dinners, multi-phase events, and nights where music is part of how the entire event moves — not just the dance floor.
Customization & Add-Ons
Additional services may be added to any package based on event needs, including extended coverage, expanded lighting, uplighting, secondary sound areas, or special timing requirements.
Final pricing is based on event scope, date, and availability.
Holiday weekends and peak dates may require premium scheduling.
